PROPRIETARY TOOLS

The Farmer Resource Model®, first developed in 1992, calculates agency resources under different SOW conditions. It can determine the efficiency of agency resources when the SOW and the associated agency headcounts are known. The Farmer Resource Model can convert the workload of highly varied SOW’s into Farmer Scope Units™ (FSUs), a homogeneous unit of work that permits comparisons of "Fees per FSU" and "Agency Costs per FSU" across agency clients, offices and brands.

ScopeTrack®, developed in 2005, permits agencies and advertisers to keep track of ever-changing SOWs throughout the year, and examines the effect of SOW changes on the usage or consumption of agency resources. ScopeTrack encourages agencies and their clients to adjust SOWs (dropping future projects, for example) in response to Scope creep and other changes that cause early consumption of agency resources during the year. ScopeTrack® is Cloud-based, permitting agencies (or their clients) to easily update the SOW and its progress at regular intervals.
