Michael Farmer, Chairman and Founder of Farmer & Company, is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School.

He spent his business career first with The Boston Consulting Group, working in Boston and Rio de Janeiro, and then as a Director of Bain & Company, where he helped develop its European strategy consulting practice.  In this connection, he managed Bain's Munich, Paris and London offices. Farmer developed an interest in the advertising industry after a strategic engagement with a global advertising agency.

Ethan A. Dennison

Ethan is a graduate of Brown University, where he received an A.B. in Business Economics in 2007. He joined our team after completing a two year analyst program in the Strategy & Operations division at Deloitte Consulting.

Marina Bordin

Marina Bordin graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Management. She started her career as a Junior Client Advisor at UBS Wealth Management International in New York managing portfolios for Brazilian high net worth clients. She eventually moved to the Investment Advisory Consulting team at UBS as an Investment Analyst. She later joined K2 Advisors as a Reporting Associate for hedge fund of funds portfolios.
